LIBRANS’ services include;
1. Libran Managerial Health Check
This is a personal service that relates to the improved management of the practice. As well as an in-depth report with recommendations we offer a personal support service with the implementations of our recommendations; in other words we go into the practice and introduce the new systems personally. Further to this we compile a customised Practice Policy File, which records all management systems working in the practice. This can be used as a benchmark for existing staff and a training manual for new employees.
2. Libran introduction of a Bespoke Patient Payment Plan
This service is equally as personal as the Health Check and offers dentists the opportunity to offer their patients exactly the service they feel will benefit them and their practice by way of a patient payment plan. Support is given with the design of the plan and the various options available;
3. Libran offers support for new Principal Dentists.
This service is growing in interest and is mostly used by dentists who are becoming principals for the first time. As all situations are different a complimentary meeting is offered by LIBRAN to agree upon the amount of support needed. Once this is agreed an action plan is compiled of requirements. This service has proved to be invaluable for new principals with the support given acting as training for the new principal while encouraging existing staff to take an active role in the welfare of the practice.
